Topic: Folsom! We need to hear from you!

This is a call to Lt. Jim Folsom!  Save Alabama PACT owners need to hear from you.  Do you support saving the PACT as originally contracted or do you support your vote by proxy to change the terms of the contract to a reduced rate?  We need you to speak for yourself and not through proxy.  Now is your time to step-up and show us that you are a man of your word.

When asked about the issues after Riley's speech, the first words out of Folsom's mouth were that he sees fixing PACT as a high priority.
