Topic: Just contacted by KAY IVEY'S campaign

I WAS JUST CONTACTED BY THE KAY IVEY CAMPAIGN AFTER NOTIFING THEM THAT I WOULD BE DOING EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO SEE TYO IT THAT SHE WAS ON THE STREET AND NOT IN THE GOVENOR MANSION.

I WAS TOLD THAT SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE TO VOTE AGAINST THIS.

IN MY OPINION SHE IS TRYING TO PULL A "JOHN KERRY" i voted for it before i voted against it.

i was also told she posted all she was required to post as a notice. i put her on quote on them "what is required and what is right is different'"

she did not post where she told us to look first for information.

i told them that the fact she voted against it did not change anything with me. it does however tell me that no one who is on that BOD should recieve our votes.

i told them to quit calling me with dumba** excuses as there was no excuse.

I so agree with you kenbarber and I would like to just put this out to all of you. Please consider how this is being handle by the BOD for the Treasury Dept and vote wisely when it is time to elect a new Govenor. Let us not make the wrong decision about that. Please consider.

Just keep in there face that we have the power as a group to chance faces in the state. I'm going to be voting with this issue in the front of my mind.

Also, remember next term there will be a new voice not Kay.

I may have done the same if they called but, spit battles aren't the best way. Just keep letting them know there numbers on the PACT owners side and try to work with the reps there not the board.

I agree with Ken. Ivey is sneaky and didn't do what was right, she only did what was minimally required. It was the same blah, blah, blah that I heard at her town hall meeting which was nothing but a campaign to make her the next "guvinah of our great state of Alabama"

I simply refer to her as "Poison Ivey" she's nothing but a self serving politician that sways with which ever way the wind blows.
