I have two PACT plans that are both paid in full.  One has been paid for, for 14 years, the other for about 6 years.  My kids are 9th grade and 6th grade.  I don't know enough about what is going on with the status to know what I should do.  I understood this to be a guarrantee for an Alabama State college education.  We have no other recourse for our kids.  I even cashed out my retirement/401K to pay for the second PACT.  I guess I wish someone would tell me plain and simple what is going to happen with my kids education.  Guidance would be appreciated.  Thanks!
