We are sorry that we won't be able to make this meeting.  We are appalled that the State of Alabama could make a contract with it's citizens and then suddenly try to change the rules.  It makes me want to withhold paying AL taxes until my grandchildren's college funds are equal to what it takes to send them to college.  We keep our part of the agreement.  It is now time for the state to step up to the plate and find a way to honor their word.
