We as parents had a choice and those who did took a risk.  So now as taxpayers we should not bail out more bad decisions, I read the fine print years ago and it was obvious then this current situation could happen.  this was one of the reasons promoted as to not have an Education Lottery, well folks this has failed and the neighbouring States' plural Lotteries are working. No more Free Rides on Tax Payer Expense, No to PACT Bail out.
