I think that every state school should have to accept each PACT student.  They can afford to enlarge stadiums and pay coaches huge salaries, then the student's tuition should just be something they have to live with.  If a student chooses Jeff State or Alabama, it shouldn't matter.  These state schools should have to honor the contracts for each and every kid enrolled in this program.  That is just my opinion.  Every parent or grandparent paid for their children to be able to attend a state school with all tuition paid.  Therefore, the state schools should be obligated to honor PACT students with the full ride that was intended for the PACT.

Two children, two PACT contracts.  One is a junior in high school, the other is in 8th grade.  These kids were counting on this for their education. Please keep me posted.

We are parents of two children and have two PACT contracts purchased in 1994 & 1996.  We read the article regarding the lack of money to save PACT.  This is very alarming and we need to take a stand now.  If there is something we can do, please advise.  This is something that we are going to have to take a stand on.
