Lt. Governor Jim Folsom is also very positive on the manner - I have liked his published comments and comments at the PACT board meeting last Tuesday.
I think he is for finding a good solid resolution to saving the program.

Senator Kim Benefield wrote to me 3/16/09 and quoted "I want you to know that I am very much on your side. I will not rest until there is full disclosure of all of the facts, a plan is in place to restore the integrity of the program, and families receive all the benefits they are entitled to have." Senator Benefield represents Chambers County, Alabama. Thanks Kim!!!

Yes, Arthur Orr supports PACT.  I have posted a letter from him stating his support at  http://www.ahssca.com/forms/pactforms/A … rReply.pdf

Also I've had a long talk with Representative Bill Dukes and he unequivocally supports funding PACT.
