Senator French stated there was not a Senate Rules Committee meeting March 23.  He stated had there been one, he would have been there and been pushing hard to get HB 228 before the Senate for a vote.  He stated he would push hard to get the Rules chairman to bring this bill so can get a resolution to this crisis.
