I have been watching this quite a bit and was wondering what are the proposals by the Save Alabama PACT group on where the state should get the money to pay for the debt in the PACT program. Not a trick question and there may not be a proposal I was just wondering. I am looking around at different ideas on how we can come up with the money without cutting $600 million out of education. I am open to any and all ideas Ruth! Thanks again for the invite and I look forward to talking with you some more about this in the future.

To All Constituents & Friends in Alabama House District 48,

I take this opportunity to thank you for the opportunity to serve you in the
Alabama House of Representatives. The current session (I write this while we
are awaiting Senate messages) has been particularly challenging to everyone.
While all of you may not have always agreed with my positions, I hope that you
will agree that I have served you with honor and diligence.

I recently updated my District 48 website. I have added blogs related to the
PACT Plan and the Jefferson County Occupation Tax. I hope that you will have an
opportunity to view the website and blogs located at: www.gregcanfield.com . I
plan to update the blog section after the conclusion of this session with more
about this session and the coming session.

I thank you for your time,
